Sunday Snapshot: Sunsets on Boracay

While I’m sure my memories of Boracay will always centre on Typhoon Haiyan, we actually had some wonderful experiences on this jaw-droppingly beautiful island in the days before the storm. Every night, we slurped $1 San Miguel Pilsners while gazing at the most dazzling sunsets I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t narrow my collection down to just one photo, so here are a few of my favourites. Be sure to check back later this week for Part II of Inside Super Typhoon Haiyan.

I love the one with the couple by the edge of the water. I love it when photos anonymously capture life like this.

All of those are really great sunsets! I'm glad you still had some great experiences despite having to go through the scary typhoon (really glad you're okay though!).
