Thailand is entering into the hot season again, and I’m realizing that the cool season had lulled me into believing that I had become accustomed to Thai heat. I was very wrong. So wrong that, as I write this post, I’m literally redefining what it means to be sweaty. My coping method? Reminiscing about colder times. It’s hard to believe that this time last year, Brent and I were layering up in jackets, socks and mittens to hike to Crimpiau Viewpoint for this view over Llyn Crafnant. Like pretty much all of our hikes in Wales, the day was cold and damp, but we stopped grumbling once we reached the lake and saw these phenomenal colours.
